Beginner/Improver Aerial Silks

This is a beginner and improver mixed ability aerial silks and sling class. Suitable for those new to training in aerial silks, as well as more experienced practitioners.

Prerequisites: none. Zero aerial, gym, dance or fitness experience needed. The class is also a wonderfully aspirational setting as you will share the room with aerialists who are a few weeks or months into their journey, so you get to see first hand what is possible with consistent practice.

Please wear tight fitting clothing like leggings and a top, no jewellery, zips or long sharp nails to prevent damage to the fabric.
