Spread across Gloucester and Cheltenham studios, you can choose the program that works best for you and pick the discipline you fancy most. Remember that ZERO experience is required for any of them – you start as you are and we build strength, skill and confidence from there!
All programs contain 12 beginner group classes in the 6 week period, so you can level up fast by training twice a week! You will also receive one bespoke 1-2-1 pole/aerial PT training session as part of the program to really hone in on your progress. Every week, we support you with motivational emails of the moves and sequences you are learning, some freebies and surprises. We check in regularly via email and WhatsApp to ensure you stay accountable to the pole/aerial goals you have set yourself and offer support throughout!

What to Expect
Our Momentum Method 6-week fast-track programs are carefully designed to ensure you progress safely and effectively week on week, while working with your individual strengths and weaknesses.
The program consists of progressions and variations, because we’re not all exactly the same, and we want all of our participants to work at an intensity that is challenging without being overwhelming!
Programs are set out to up your confidence on the pole or aerial arts, while building serious strength, body awareness and coordination, enable you to do lots of cool sh*t off the ground, and supporting body neutrality in an uplifting and welcoming social environment.
Who is it for?
Programs are specifically designed for those with no prior experience of pole dance or aerial arts. No gym, yoga, or dance background is required. You don’t need to be strong before you come to class, start as you are – it is coming to class that will make you strong!
Programs are also a great way to find your feet again if you have been on a longish break and would like to dive back into the wonderful world of upside down!
How does it work?
Momentum Method programs are scaled and progressive, where each session, you build new holds, moves and sequences gradually and at your own pace! Because you attend our beginner classes among a group of fellow Momentum Method New Starters, you will benefit from the aspirational nature of seeing real people, real bodies, all ages, shapes, sizes and backgrounds train together and do awesome stuff! Classes incorporate a short recap of the previous week, so there is always opportunity for a refresher, and alongside your head coach, you will be able to draw on the expertise, support and encouragement of one of our TA team in session – we don’t call them Pole Fairies and Aerial Aces for nothing :)!
Once the program is underway, you can then book your one dedicated 1-2-1 pole/aerial PT session with your chosen instructor, you will be sent info on how to do this via email and in the Momentum Method group on the app.

Pole and aerial arts are unlike any other fitness programs: uplifting (literally and figuratively), positive, encouraging, welcoming, individual, creative, strong, confidence boosting, empowering, fun, lighthearted, challenging, tough, gritty, non-competitive, body neutral, GOOD FOR BODY, MIND AND SOUL!
Seriously though, body weight exercise such as pole and aerial is great for you if you’d like to overall feel noticeably stronger, happier and more positive, meet some amazing new people, make time for yourself and start enjoying exercise!
Will I be the only beginner and feel awkward?
Nope! We normally have between 25-100 (I know, massive range!) Momentum Method New Starters when a program kicks off. Although you will attend sessions in our beginner classes where some people have been training for anything from 1 week to 3 months already, there will be at least one other person on your first class that is also on the Momentum Method Program and just getting started.
We know it can be really nerve-racking to put yourself into a new and unfamiliar environment, so our TA and instructor team will do a short meet-and-greet when you come for your first session. We do a little studio tour and have a reassuring chat to put your mind at ease before we get going with the class warm up.
What’s included?
Most importantly, your total of 12 weekly 60 minute beginner group classes, and one bespoke 1-2-1 PT pole/aerial lesson!
On top of this, your program includes a welcome gift, weekly emails to chat about your progress and receive a hefty dose of encouragement and coaching so you never feel like you have to go it alone! We check in regularly via email and WhatsApp to help you stay accountable to your pole and aerial goals!

All cool! You receive instructions in your program confirmation email 0n how to book catch up classes so you can get your fix on another day and time if you ever have to skip class due to life being life-y.

Absolute bargain of only £199 for the full 6-week program in your chosen discipline, including your 2 group classes every week, a private lesson, freebie surprises, coaching emails, graduate discount, WhatsApp check-in, and entry into the voucher giveaway!
Can I spread the cost?
Totally cool to divide the cost with 2 x payments at £99.50 a pop too! Email us and we can get the payment plan set up for you!
