We’re about accepting and respecting our bods, taking part in classes that make us feel good without worrying about looks and calories.

We’re about confidence that comes from feeling more comfortable, stronger and badass in your skin!

And we’re about community! Coming together with others, supporting and encouraging each other, regardless of goals, fitness level, age or background.

A word on our disciplines

You can start any of our disciplines at any time, and choose a session that works for you and your schedule. Any beginner or mixed ability class is suitable for new starters, just skim the timetable to find your preferred class, venue and time!

We always recommend booking the first sesh drop in at £15 a pop without any commitment! You can also access a step-by-step guide on how to get set up on our booking system here!

Pole, Heels Pole, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Aerial Sling, Flexibility, Pilates, Aerial Yoga 🙂

All of our classes are cool for you if you have ZERO experience, just start and see where your training takes you!

We know what you think:

But will I be able to do anything?

Can I trust the equipment? Will people laugh at me? But I have no experience? The answers are YES, you will actually surprise yourself with all the stuff you’ll breeze through in your first class, YES, all equipment can in fact hold a car, NO people will fire you on and encourage you throughout, YES but we all start somewhere and you will start where you start and progress from there at your own pace.

So grab your fave leggings or joggers, bring some water and come and hang out with us!
