Momentum Pole & Aerial is a dedicated pole and aerial arts studio in Gloucester and Cheltenham!
We specialise in a range of disciplines, from all forms of pole dance, to aerial hoop, silks, sling, straps, rope, Pilates and flexibility, hula hoop and chair dance, as well as aerial yoga workshops. Classes are for every BODY and we promote body neutrality, confidence and community in our sessions.
Your Momentum team brings you safe, effective, progressive, fun and challenging classes that brim with good vibes, a welcoming atmosphere and supportive student group. You will get to see every BODY to their thing in the real world, not an Insta-perfect version of exercise!
Train with us in Gloucester in our fully equipped pole, aerial and dance custom studio at the old matchstick factory at Morelands in the heart of the city: bit of Victorian shabby chic charm with a big load of industrial flair! Polers in Cheltenham get to enjoy high ceilings, plenty of natural light and impressive chandeliers at our Pole Studio upstairs from the Urban Meadow on Rodney Road. Cheltenham aerialists can get their hoop, silks, sling, straps and rope fix at the Drama Studio at Bournside Sports Centre.
