Our recurring memberships start on the date you sign up, and bill on the same day every month. You’re in charge of booking the sessions you want to attend as part of your membership, so you’ll never miss a class. Plus, membershippers get double the classes in December alongside a range of other epic perks like unlimited FREE open training, online flexibility and Pilates classes on top of your membership allowance! You can cancel anytime with 28 days notice, and we’re always here to answer questions about the best membership options or changes to billing dates. Class Packs
Any 6 group classes to take within a 12 week period! Valid for all group classes across all venues. The class pack becomes active on the date of purchase. This pack works out at £13.17 a class which is a decent saving!
The Dreamy Dozen – 12 Class Pack
Any 12 group classes to take within a 18 week period! Valid for all group classes across all venues. The class pack becomes active on the date of purchase. This pack gives you fantastic value at £11.83 a class!
Cancellation Policy
As standard, all Momentum Pole & Aerial bookings come under our strict 24-hour cancellation policy. All bookings are strictly non-transferable.
You can manage your cancellations via the GoTeamUp app or by logging into your GoTeamUp user account on your browser. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a catch-up credit if you do not untick your place 24 hours before class starts. This is because our classes are often full, so if you untick your attendance, this gives another person the opportunity to take your place. However, if you only untick your attendance ten minutes before class, it’s unlikely we’ll be able to fill that place which is why we’ve capped it at 24 hours. Please don’t ask us to break this rule no matter what the reason is, we can’t be fair to everyone if we bend the rules on some occasions and not on others.
If you cancel a class with more than 24 hours’ notice from the lesson start time, your credit is refunded into your membership/lesson pack allowance, or a refund into your bank account is automatically issued if you booked the session PAYG. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to process and show in your statement.
Some of our events, such as showcases, raves and photoshoots are non-refundable but transferable.
If you are in doubt about the cancellation terms for a specific session, these will always be listed in the TeamUp class description.
Private lessons
Privates are available during selected daytime, evening and weekend slots at our Gloucester HQ and Cheltenham Pole studio. To book a private lesson in any of the disciplines we offer, please see our GoTeamUp booking page for our live schedule and available slots. If no slots are available or don’t suit your schedule, please feel free to email us to arrange a session. To reserve a private lesson slot, book and reserve your chosen time and date online. The balance is due to your instructor who will be in touch using the contact details you have supplied on GoTeamUp. Please see pricing for private tuition below.
Pricing:
1-2-1 private lessons start at £40/hr with a £10 surcharge for any one additional participant. The maximum number of participants bookable through the system is 3. Please note that all participants have to be registered with our booking system and enter up to date and accurate personal information and waivers. If you wish to book for a bigger group with more than three participants, please email us on hello@momentumpoleaerial.com.

Open sessions for your own pole or aerial practice start at £6.50/pp + VAT, depending on day, time and set up. These are for Momentum members only. Please book your slot online. If you are not an existing Momentum client but would like to participate in open training, please email us before booking.
