Whether it’s pole fit or pole dancing in heels, hoop or fabric in the air, our programs are carefully designed to require ZERO prerequisites or previous experience.
You come in at the level you’re at, and we help you progress from there at your own pace, and in a way that suits your body! Week on week, you will learn a mixture of foundational holds, poses, spins and combinations in a group of fellow Momentum Method Champs who are all learning together, laughing together, sweating together, cheering together. Let’s be honest, it’s certainly not all grace and glamour, more like grunting and grit at times

Our Momentum Method programs generally run every January and September.
