For a lot of people who enjoy pole or aerial, it is tricky to come to class more than once or twice a week. So is there some stuff that we can do at home, or perhaps in the gym that will help us progress towards the goals we have set on the pole or in the air? 

Cross-training is a vast topic and it’s tempting to give out blanket recommendations like “just get stronger”, or “just lift weights” but what does this mean in practical terms?
