Workshops are an incredible learning tool alongside your regular weekly pole or aerial classes and training sessions. They can inject some much needed inspiration and fresh air when you are a bit stale and stagnant in your training, they can be a fun and challenging addition to your normal training, and they are a wonderful opportunity to not just meet your pole or aerial Instagram crush/idol, but also spread your wings and meet other polers and aerialists from outside of your immediate local area.

So let’s answer all of this and dive into what makes workshops a supercool learning tool while also giving you the full low-down on what to expect and how to get the most out of a 90 minute one-off sesh!
