Professional Pole and Aerial Photoshoots: Top Tips for Success

Yey you have done the thing: booked your first professional photoshoot to showcase all the brilliant things you can do on the pole or in the air. Exciting!!

If it is your first time doing a shoot, it is very likely that you are quite nervous and a bit flappy about what to expect and how to get the dreamiest shots to last a lifetime!

Here are our photoshoot top tips:

– prepare your poses well ahead of time and have a few in reserve in case you have time for some extras on the day or there are one or two that just won’t happen for whatever reason

– if you’re struggling with inspiration, Instagram is a totally amazing free resources for shoot inspiration

– if you have a few different outfits that go beyond what you would normally train in, try them out! Nothing worse than having a pose and outfit planned, only for the material to get caught on the hoop, or the skirt to ruin all grip on the pole

– arrive before your slot to warm up
