We’ve all done it: rocked up to open training, full of beans and enthusiasm. But once we’re at the studio, we gotta do a warm up (yawn), and actually work out what exactly we are going to train!
At this point, a lot of people’s brains go into “I don’t know a single thing and have forgotten everything I ever learned in class” mode. Hence we end up doing the same four things we always do in open training, or we succumb to the saved folder on Instagram. The latter robbing us of a whole 45 minutes of the 1 hour slot…
