Mixed Ability Aerial Silks

A mixed ability class for beginner, intermediate and advanced aerial silks practitioners. The class is suitable for beginners and wonderfully aspirational as you get to train alongside experienced students and see what’s possible with consistency and a bit of time.

Please wear tight fitting clothing like leggings and a top, no jewellery, zips or long sharp nails to prevent damage to the fabric.
