Pole Dance / Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness is just another term for pole dancing. The benefits of pole dancing are wide ranging, from physical benefits like an increase in strength, coordination and flexibility to often being cited as a tool to help with body confidence. Pole classes are fun, social and inclusive with a communal appreciation for what our bodies can do rather than what they look like. Our pole classes are taught by a fabulous team of wonderful instructors who are friendly and welcoming while pushing you to become the strongest, most badass version of yourself.

Alongside our pole fitness classes that focus on the gymnastic and contemporary take on pole, we also offer Heels Pole classes. Heels Pole sessions are an homage to the origins of pole in the clubs, combining sexy, slinky and sultry movement and choreography. Heels Polers often remark on the benefits of this type of dancing to their confidence and feeling both fierce and feminine. Classes are a full body workout and a chance to wear the best and most comfy pair of heels you can imagine!

Age limits for pole fitness are 16 and 17 with parental consent, and 18+ for heels pole.
