Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a beautiful fusion of traditional yoga poses, Pilates inspired exercises and aerial conditioning and suspension training with the aid of a silk hammock. The hammock will support you in your forward folds, back bends and inversions, providing a gentle yet challenging form of yoga which is suitable for all abilities. No pre-existing yoga or aerial experience is required to try out this fun and playful practice. Sessions are uplifting and challenge core strength and awareness, balance and flexibility.
