Slow Flow Fundamentals
Pole flow and floorwork technique class for anyone brand new to the sexy style of pole. Please wear socks. Suitable for all abilities as long as you have basic beginner pole experience. Feel free to bring kneepads and heels. Sessions cover the foundational moves of slinky pole dance including body waves, leg work, how to walk and dance in heels, headflicks and all things flowy and fluid.
