Mixed Ability Pole

This is a mixed ability class suitable for all levels. Complete beginners with no previous experience in pole are welcome, and the class is wonderfully aspirational with more advanced peeps present too!

Daytime classes only: Mums are welcome to bring toddlers for the Monday, Wednesday and Friday daytime classes only, please just notify us via email that you’re bringing a PLUS 1. Please note that children must be supervised by the parent at all times.
