Improver Aerial Silks

This is a mixed ability Aerial Silks class for improvers and intermediates.
Not suitable for those new to training in aerial arts, please book on to a beginner or foundations class as at least 6 weeks of experience is required for this mixed ability class.

Please wear tight fitting clothing like leggings and a top, no jewellery, zips or long sharp nails to prevent damage to the fabric. For your first class, please bring £1 and a sock so we can dispense your own rosin to you for grip.
