Bendy Backs
This is a flexibility class to help you achieve better shoulder and back flexibility.
You can join this class live in person in the studio, live online at home via Zoom, or in your own time at home via the recording that is automatically emailed out the next day!
Prerequisites: none. No pre-existing flexibility required.
Class comprises of a warm up, some active and strength-based shoulder and back flexibility exercises, as well as classic longer stretches. We also play with some flexibility poses that showcase shoulder and back flexibility and look awesome even when your shoulders and back aren’t super bendy (yet!).
Recommended props for training at home: yoga mat, yoga blocks (you can use books), a yoga strap (you can use a tea towel).
If you don’t join live online for the class, don’t worry, you receive an email with the recording link the day after. Access the recording link as many times as you like, and when you like. Watch out for an email from Caitlin@momentumpoleaerial.com and ensure we don’t land in spam/junk folder due to attachments.
