Mixed Ability Silks and Sling

Suitable for all abilities, this aerial arts class gives you a taste of both aerial sling and silks – with sometimes new and funky stuff thrown in like straps or chains.
Due to sling being offered in the session, it is suitable for complete newbies to aerial arts.

What to wear:
– tight fitting clothing, leggings and a longer sleeved top are ideal
– no jewellery, zips or long sharp nails
– tops that cover armpits for hygiene reasons
