Beginner/Intermediate Aerial Silks

This is a beginner and intermediate mixed ability aerial silks class. Suitable for those new to training in aerial silks, as well as more experienced practitioners. We also recommend trying Aerial Sling if you are keen on experiencing a complementary aerial fabric discipline.

Please wear tight fitting clothing like leggings and a top, no jewellery, zips or long sharp nails to prevent damage to the fabric.
