Beginner/Improver Aerial Silks

This is a beginner and improver mixed ability aerial silks class. Suitable for those new to training in aerial silks, as well as more experienced practitioners. We also recommend trying Aerial Sling if you are keen on experiencing a complementary and slightly more beginner-friendly aerial fabric discipline.

Please wear tight fitting clothing like leggings and a top, no jewellery, zips or long sharp nails to prevent damage to the fabric.
