Our admin hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm. We aim to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. Please be advised that some of our inboxes are not monitored over the weekend, and we will get back to you on a Monday for any general messages and enquiries sent on Saturdays and Sundays. Our Gloucester and Bournside studios open 15 minutes before class start times. At The Urban Meadow, you can access the studio up to 15 minutes before classes start if the café is open. When the café is shut, the instructor will unlock the front door 5 minutes before classes start.
