Open Training and Self Practice
In order to facilitate as much flexible access to our training spaces, experiences polers and aerialists can take part in our open training and self practice slots.
Running Monday to Sunday, these are dedicated time slots to enjoy a self-guided training session in our big pole studio, more intimate heels pole studio, and aerial arts area. Participants are responsible for their own warm up and cool down, as well as pole or aerial-specific content they wish to practise. Our Momentum Pole & Aerial app boasts an open Training Companion with warm up and conditioning ideas, as well as a full pole and aerial syllabus with videos for each move.
In order for you to safely take part in open training, we ask all participants to have a set amount of taught classes under their belt, as well as honouring our Open Training Safety Oath. Details of both are available on our booking system when you register for an open training slot.
Recurring monthly membership holders receive unlimited free open training as a perk, and these slots can be booked drop in too! Perfect to top up your weekly sessions and recap class content, work on your physio, conquer nemesis moves, dance, or prep for a routine.
