Mat-Based Classes: Flexibility and Pilates
Being able to move freely and without discomfort is freakin’ awesome! The more mobile we are, the more accessible those pole and aerial tricks will be, but also the better we generally feel. Our flexibility and pilates classes are suitable for all levels and it does not matter where you’re at with your bendiness! Whether you’re increasing your splits, or are getting started to try and work towards eventually touching your toes. Classes include both active and passive flexibility work to ensure you are strong and safe in your most flexible poses.
Our pilates and flexibility classes rotate on a monthly basis, and you can choose from front splits, back bands, or middle splits focus! Please bear in mind that pilates classes are mat-based and not reformer classes.
