A mixed ability class for intermediate and advanced aerial silks practitioners.
Prerequisites: aerial invert, catchers, hiplock, confident in executing short sequences in the air.

Please wear tight fitting clothing like leggings and a top, no jewellery, zips or long sharp nails to prevent damage to the fabric.
