Hips’n’Bits
This is a flexibility class to help you work on all things flexy legs and hips! Think photoshoot-worthy lunges, forward folds, flexy poses, and work towards the middle splits, pancakes and front splits.
You can join this class live in person in the studio, live online at home via Zoom, or in your own time at home via the recording that is automatically emailed out the next day!
Prerequisites: none. No pre-existing flexibility required.
Class comprises of a warm up, some active and strength-based flexibility exercises, as well as classic longer stretches. We also play with some flexibility poses that showcase your existing bendiness to its best effect!
Recommended props for training at home: yoga mat, yoga blocks (you can use books), a yoga strap (you can use a tea towel).
If you don’t join live online for the class, don’t worry, you receive an email with the recording link the day after. Access the recording link as many times as you like, and when you like.
