Pole Classes
The cool things you gain from pole dancing are wide ranging, from physical benefits like an increase in strength, coordination and flexibility, to often being cited as a tool to help with body confidence. Pole classes are fun and social, with a communal appreciation for what our bodies can do rather than what they look like.
Alongside our pole fitness-y style classes that focus on the gymnastic and contemporary take on pole, we also offer authentic Heels Pole Dance classes. Heels Pole Dance sessions are an homage to the origins of pole in strip clubs, combining sexy, slinky and sultry movement and choreography. Heels Polers often remark on the benefits of authentic heels pole dancing to their confidence and feeling both fierce and feminine. Classes are a full body workout and a chance to wear the best and most comfy pair of heels you can imagine!
Age limits for pole fitness are 16 and 17 with parental consent, and 18+ for heels pole.
