Is pole and aerial training only something for us to get into and enjoy in our twenties? When is it too late to start, and is it actually possible for someone to start after 30 and still be able to get really bloody good at it?
Welcome to a frank chat with aerial hoop teaching assistant Clare K, who started her aerial hoop training in her 40s. In fact, once you do come into a pole or aerial arts class for adults, you are very likely to encounter people in their early twenties, all the way up to their seventies. And every single one of these people is doing bloody amazing stuff upside down and the right way up – no age limits apply.
Starting something like pole or aerial arts can be even more enjoyable when you start past 35, as sometimes, a lil bit of life makes us enjoy and appreciate our bodies so much more!
Join this enlightening episode on why 40 is a bloody epic decade to start your aerial journey in and that age really is entirely irrelevant when it comes to finding and enjoying a new hobby.
