This is an improver and intermediate mixed ability aerial silks class. Suitable for anyone with foundational aerial silks knowledge and confident in executing Russian and French climbs, unassisted invert from floor, hiplock.

Please wear tight fitting clothing like leggings and a top, no jewellery, zips or long sharp nails to prevent damage to the fabric.
