Suitable for all abilities, this aerial arts class gives you a taste of pretty much all things aerial: hoop, sling and silks – with sometimes new and funky stuff thrown in like Chinese flying pole, rope, straps or chains.

Due to the varied equipment range in this class, and it requiring an element of self-directed exploration, this class is only suitable for any pole or aerial practitioners with a minimum experience of four taught aerial or pole classes.
