Our flexibility classes are suitable for all levels and it does not matter where you’re at with your bendiness, whether you’re increasing your splits, or are just getting started to try and work towards eventually touching your toes. Classes include both active and passive flexibility work to ensure you are strong and safe in your most flexible poses.
