Intermediate/Advanced Aerial Silks

A class for confident intermediate students up to advanced. If you are a beginner, or improver please attend a beginner or improver aerial silk class.

Please wear tight fitting clothing like leggings and a top, no jewellery, zips or long sharp nails to prevent damage to the fabric.
